After travelling into the fantasy world of the Turkish cuisine, we have not still left the era of myths and fantasy. So we came to the 14th century. To a Caravansera on a bright April evening, on top of the horses we were two brave and respected cavalry of the east. This was how this place was, a restaurant transformed from a caravansera from the 14th century, the restaurant had been opened on 1973.
