The purpose of visiting Cafe Caramel was to try their Caesar Salad. The Caesar Salad shall not be confused by the Caesar of the Roman Empire, who was killed by Brutus. It was created by an Italian immigrant in Mexico in the first quarter of 20th century. However the arrival of Caesar Salad to Azerbaijan is unknown for us. We can only guess that came with the beginning of establishment of diplomatic relations with Mexico at the early 90’s.

The purpose of going to La Baguette was to try their Shaurma, to find an alternative place for having Shaurma. The location of the place is nearby the Fountain Square, so the access to the place is easy. However the placing may not be noticed if not looked carefully. La Baguette offers different fast-foods from the world including; Mexican, Arabic, Chinese, American and French.

The purpose of the visit to Sunset Cafe was to try their own Ice Tea. The location is located perfectly in the city center, close to Fountain Square and just beside the Azerbaijan Cinema. This makes the place easy to access. The opening and closing hours of the place is from 12.00 to 23.00. Even though it is located in the city center, the placing and the outer look makes the place less full of people then it is expected from a city center cafe.
